Hello! I'm Freya, a Registered Dietitian with a decade of clinical experience working in the NHS. I bring a wealth of knowledge from multiple specialities. This includes working at Barts Health NHS Trust, London in one of the UK’s leading cardiac care centres and one of the busiest major trauma hospitals in Europe. I was redeployed during the covid pandemic into the Royal London Hospital’s intensive care unit where I supported multiple patients through long critical care stays and onward into recovery and rehabilitation.
I currently live by the sunny seaside in Brighton where I work as a Gastroenterology Dietitian, with a particular interest in supporting people with the following conditions:

- BSc Nutrition and Dietetics, Queen Margaret University Edinburgh
- Dietary Management and the low FODMAP diet for IBS, King's College London
